In the land of Allaron, seven adventurers return from a quest to vanquish a corrupt evil and return the Sword of Stormguard to its home. When the sword goes missing and one of the party members ends up dead, the group will discover how intertwined their fates are as they figure out who among them is the killer.

  • Yes! You can absolutely play. We give you a spoiler-free host setup, so you don’t learn the solution unless you want to.

  • Not at all. The host guide walks you through every step.

  • It only takes an hour or two to review your physical box kit!

  • While you only need a couple of hours to print and prepare your party, most hosts prefer at least a week to give their guests time to read over their profile, get excited, and find a costume for their role.

  • Very minimally! As host, you will send players their Character Profiles ahead of time, which will prepare them for your party.

  • Costumes are optional, but highly encouraged. And there is a Best Costume award at every murder mystery party!

  • Yes and they are covering their tracks!

  • Because the victim does die during the toast at our murder mystery parties, we have included another suspect for them to come back as after their “death”. They are not out of the game, and that extra suspect is included in the player count.

+ Character List

Sage - GN: A powerful wizard whose adventures span the corners of Allaron. Their magic is legendary, and their thirst for knowledge is almost as powerful. They gathered everyone together for this quest.

Forest - GN: Forest grew up in The Emerald Woods and became an adventurer–-strange as their people are not known to travel beyond their home. They believe all things must be in balance and have a special connection with nature. Forest joined this quest to assist with vanquishing the evil that was corrupting their home.

Ballad - GN: A bard and entertainer, Ballad is a young, inexperienced adventurer who was eager to join the party. With a taste for reverie and refinement, they held their own in the quest, but are now excited to celebrate the hard earned victory tonight! Work hard, play hard!

Shank - GN: A mysterious figure and a companion of Forest’s. Not much is known about them, as they mostly seem to keep to themselves and say very few words. They are incredibly handy in a pinch if you need a lock picked!

Faith - GN: A Priest of The Divine Light of Idanah, God of Light and Life. They are a sacred protector of Allaron, always seeking justice, upholding integrity, and fighting with honor. They work tirelessly to defeat evil and cast light onto shadow, letting Idanah light the way to truth.

Thrash - GN: Thrash is a Warrior from outside the city of Stormguard in the Riverhorn Valley. Although they are quick to anger, they are also quick to bond. They enjoy connecting with people almost as much as they enjoy punching and kicking monsters!

Blade- GN: A mysterious warlock who joined the party at the last minute. Their dark magic was instrumental in completing the quest.
