If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at foulplaycompany@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Once we receive your request, we will review it and process a full refund if it meets our refund policy requirements.

Because our products are digital downloads that provide immediate access to game materials, we reserve the right to limit refunds to one per customer lifetime.

Refunds will not be issued for requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
