Foulplay Commercial & Nonprofit Event Licenses

Planning to host a ticketed, fundraising, or sponsored event using a Foulplay game? A Commercial or Nonprofit Event License is required.

All Foulplay games are sold for private use by default. If you’re charging admission, collecting donations, hosting through a business or organization, or running recurring programming, this license gives you authorized commercial use and the ability to promote and host your event with confidence.

Single Event Licenses cover one ticketed or fundraising event for 1 game.

Our 6-Month Unlimited License allows you to host multiple events for one game within a six-month period. Custom agreements are available for larger or ongoing programming.

This license permits event use only. It does not allow resale or redistribution of game materials.
