VIBE5:

Cameron Cross (GN) - Largely considered the lead singer of VIBE5, Cameron is now a household name thanks to their heartthrob status and smooth, rich vocals. Cameron’s adoring fans, aka The Crosslings, have helped them skyrocket into stardom. Their current rivalry with Drainflower’s Elliot Turner has gotten attention and rumor has it a solo career is not too far away.

Kelly Vasquez (GN) - A group member, VIBE5, Kelly is known for their gummy bear obsession and optimistic perspective. Kelly is super psyched to be at the BEAT Awards and found such success with VIBE5. They have tried and failed to start a pop band career with many other groups but truly felt the magic with this group!

Robin Marshall (GN) - Another member of VIBE5, Robin knew they were born to be a singer from a young age. Robin and Cameron met in a vocal class and formed an acapella group, where Harmony Records discovered them! They’ve been on this journey together, and Robin is thrilled to have their dreams come true!

Jordan Clark (GN) - Jordan is known for their hair and hustle! Always experimenting with new hairstyles, Jordan is the new face of the Hair Flair 3000, a new hair technology that will take hair care into the new millennium! Their interest in business has sparked questions about their loyalty to VIBE5, but Jordan has assured fans they are not going anywhere!

River Lee Young (GN) - River Lee Young is a former country singer turned pop music icon! After their debut country album received mediocre reviews, they hung up their guitar and said “howdy” to VIBE5. River is thrilled to be part of a group they consider as close as family and even more excited to celebrate VIBE5’s many wins tonight!

Drainflower:

Elliot Turner (GN) - Elliot Turner is the lead singer and guitarist for grunge band, Drainflower. Drainflower had major success in pioneering the grunge movement, but their recent efforts have not been well received. Elliot is very outspoken about why they think that is–they blame VIBE5 and pop music for the public's disinterest in “real music.” Fresh off their win tonight for Best Songwriter, will they let the rivalry go for one night to celebrate?

Adrian Chase (GN) - Adrian is the bass player for Drainflower. They are quite the opposite of Elliot Turner–thoughtful, kind, and generous–but they have been friends with Elliot since childhood and are very loyal to them. Despite fans and critics saying the band has declined, Adrian remains optimistic that they can turn things around.

Dylan Glover (GN) - Dylan is the drummer for Drainflower. They are in Elliot’s corner regarding their views on pop music. They value the authenticity and vulnerability that grunge and other rock genres emphasize and believe that pop music can never measure up. Still, they seem willing to be cordial and celebrate the label’s wins tonight.

Harmony Records Staff:

Brooke Adamson (GN) - The manager of both VIBE5 and Drainflower, they are responsible for putting VIBE5 together and bringing another top-charting band to Harmony’s ensemble. But there has been talk that they have let this rivalry with VIBE5 and Drainflower go too far after Harmony Records’ recent studio fire. Both bands blame the other, but Brooke assures everyone the situation is under control.

Jay Smalls (GN) - Jay Smalls is a former government agent with a mysterious skill set who got out of the business of espionage and into the more lucrative job of celebrity security. They will tell you that their friends call them “Smalls,” but seemingly no one has ever heard anyone call them that. They are the head of security for VIBE5 and are tasked with keeping the band members safe.

Evan Kent (GN) - As the brand manager for Harmony Records, it is their job to make sure Harmony and all of its assets are on the up and up. They have certainly had their hands full with this rivalry between VIBE5 and Drainflower, but they seem determined to ensure everything goes smoothly tonight.

Bennie Logan (GN) - A very experienced roadie, Bennie ensures Drainflower puts on a good show for every audience, from small, intimate venues to huge auditoriums. Always backstage, they have toured with legendary rock bands and are passionate about Drainflower and their music.

Host and Other Guests:

Alex Hudson (GN) - Alex hosts the number-one show in the country, Track Takeover. Their charming smile and perfectly frosted hair have won them lots of fans. Their new product, the Hair Flair 3000, sold out in record time. They are hosting this party as a favor to their friend, Harmony Record’s manager, Brooke Adamson.

Skyler Richmond (GN) - An avid activist and rabble-rouser, Skyler is outspoken and passionate. A singer in their own right, their firm stance on environmental issues has put their career on hold. Their relationship with Elliot Turner is still going strong though, however some worry it is causing tension in the band.

Jazleen Von Doren (GN) - A model turned actor, Jazleen has been a household name for many years. However, their recent relationship and subsequent break up with Cameron Cross was the main headline of Crush Magazine and other news outlets for weeks. They are looking for a career change, but would they shift to music with Cameron being such a top star in the industry?

Cole Roy (GN) - Reporter and photographer for Crush Magazine, Cole Roy is the person to come to when you want to know a juicy tidbit. They know almost everything about the industry and its goings on–rivalries, relationships, new record deals–and the teen magazine is a major fan favorite for all things VIBE5 and Drainflower.
